Delivery in the Netherlands.

Orders from Frenkiezdogshop.nl are delivered free of charge to your home for orders over €75, provided we are allowed to ship all items in an order simultaneously.
- For orders under €75, or if you choose to have the items from an order delivered separately, you pay €4.99 shipping costs.

- It is also possible to collect it from a DHL point, the shipping costs are then €5.99
Ordered and paid with iDEAL or PayPal before 3 PM on weekdays? Your order will be shipped the same day.
- Delivery by DHL in approx. 1-5 working days
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible every day. However, we rely on third parties for delivery, so individual orders may occasionally be delayed.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped as soon as the purchase amount has been credited to our account.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm and on Saturday or Sunday will be collected by DHL on Monday.
The digital invoice is your proof of warranty. Would you like a paper invoice? Please provide one in the additional information section when placing your order. It will then be sent with your order.

DHL delivery in Belgium.

Orders from Frenkiezdogshop.nl that fit through the letterbox are delivered free of charge to your home from €120, provided we are allowed to ship all items in an order simultaneously.
For orders under €120, you pay €9.99 for parcel post. You can choose to ship with EUR1 parcel post, which is insured and includes track and trace, and costs €6.99.

Orders to Belgium paid on working days before 3 p.m. with Mister Cash, Paypal, or Sofort Banking will be shipped the same day.
-Parcel post will be delivered after approximately 1 to 2 working days.
