As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product you purchased from us.
- Shipping costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility. You can also choose to return via PostNL, DHL, or another carrier.
Trying on products is permitted. It's possible that your dog's hair may get on the product. We kindly request that you return the product clean and free of hair. If the product appears used and doesn't look new, the return may not be accepted.
Once we have received the item(s) in good order, you will receive a full refund for the order amount, including shipping costs (€4.99), to your bank account or PayPal account within 14 days. Shipping costs paid by the customer will only be refunded for full returns. Returns paid via PayPal will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
- Klarna: If you return part or all of your order, you must pay Klarna any return shipping costs, the total price of the items you want to keep, and the transaction fee. Return shipping costs are not listed on your Klarna invoice; these must be paid directly to the parcel service provider.
You will receive a corrected invoice from Klarna for this. You must pay the remaining amount within the specified payment deadline.
If you previously opted for a more expensive shipping option, you will only be refunded the cost of the standard shipping method. This applies only to orders not collected from a parcel point.
When you return your entire order, you are required to return it to us in full (including any gifts, brochures, or cookies). If we don't receive it in full, we may deduct the amount of any extras not included in the return from the refunded purchase price.

Returns Belgian customers
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product you purchased from us.
Once we have received the item(s) in good order, you will receive the full order amount, including shipping costs (€9.99 Belgium/EU), credited to your bank account or PayPal account within 14 days. Returns paid via PayPal will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
Shipping costs will only be credited for full returns. If you keep one or more items from your order, shipping costs will not be credited.

- Returning products is at your own risk.
You must return the product to us with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Please do not remove the attached labels while trying on the product. We cannot sell products with missing labels as new.
- Trying on our products is allowed.
- Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery may be refused.
- Cash on delivery costs will not be credited in case of a return and are the responsibility of the consumer.
Once you've created an account, you can easily log in and indicate which items need to be returned. You can also specify the reason for the return and the action Frenkiezdogshop should take.
Swap
If you would like to exchange items for a different size or another item, for example, the following procedure applies:
- 1. Place a new order yourself and pay for it immediately.
- The advantage of this is that an item is reserved and shipped for you more quickly.
If you want to exchange an item , you can also contact us at info@ceesencoosshop.nl or use the (digital) withdrawal form. You can also register your return online through your account.

Defects
- If you have a defective item, please contact us.
- A defective item can be exchanged for an identical item or a replacement item, if possible.
Warranty
- Frenkiezdogshopshop provides a legally required warranty period for all its products.
- The warranty does not apply to products with damage caused by biting and/or wear and tear due to normal use of the products.
