Returns Dutch customers
- As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product you purchased from us.
- The shipping costs of the products that are returned will be borne by the customer. Of course, it is also possible to choose to return via Post NL, DHL or another carrier.
- When we have received the item(s) in good order, you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs (€ 4.99) credited to your bank account or PayPal account within 14 days. Shipping costs paid by the customer will only be credited for a full return. Returns paid with PayPal will be credited to the PayPal account with which the purchase was made.
- Klarna: If you return part of the order or the entire order, you must pay any return costs, the total amount of the products that you do want to keep and the transaction costs to Klarna. The return costs are not stated on the Klarna invoice, these must be paid to the parcel service.
You will receive a corrected invoice from Klarna for this. You must pay the remaining amount within the stated payment term.
- If you opted for a more expensive shipping option at the time, you will only be reimbursed for the costs for the standard shipping method. This only applies to orders that are not collected from a parcel point.
- If you return your order in full, it is mandatory to return the complete order to us (including any gifts or brochures received with it or any cookies). If we do not receive it back in full, we can deduct the amount of the extras that were not returned from the purchase amount, which will be refunded.

Returns Belgian customers
- As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product you purchased from us.
- When we have received the item(s) in good order, you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs (€9.99 Belgium/EU) credited to your bank account or PayPal account within 14 days. Returns paid with PayPal will be credited to the PayPal account with which the purchase was made.
- Shipping costs will only be credited for a complete return. If you keep 1 or more products from your order, the shipping costs will not be credited.
- The shipping costs of the products that are returned will be borne by the customer.

Please read this page carefully. If anything is unclear, please feel free to contact us.
- Returning products is at your own risk.
- You must of course return the product to us with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. We would like to request that you do not detach the attached labels from the product during fitting. We can no longer sell products with missing labels as new.
- Trying on our products is allowed.
- Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken after delivery may be refused.
- Cash on delivery costs will not be credited for a return and will be borne by the consumer.
-If you have created an account, you can easily indicate which items need to be returned after you have logged in. You can also specify the return reason here and the action to be taken by Ceesencoosshop.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange items for, for example, a different size or another item, the following procedure applies:
- 1. Place a new order yourself & pay for it immediately.
- The advantage of this is that an item is reserved and sent for you more quickly.
- If you want to exchange an item, you can also contact info@ceesencoosshop.nl or via the (digital) withdrawal form. Of course, registering the return online via your account is also possible.

Defects
- If you have a defective item please contact us.
- A defective item can be exchanged for an identical item or a replacement item, if possible.
Guarantee
- Ceesencoosshop is legally required to provide a warranty period for all its products.
- The warranty obviously does not apply to products with damage as a result of biting and/or wear and tear due to normal use of the products.

Let us know via info@ceesencoosshop.nl If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit your complaint to the ODR ( Online Dispute Resolution ) platform of the European Commission since February 15, 2016.
