First, make sure you have enough water to completely submerge the cooling product.
Remove the Aqua Coolkeeper™ from the packaging, hold the product under water and knead it occasionally. Each product has its own maximum immersion time and maximum thickness. You will find this on the white label attached to the product.
It is indicated by the following symbols; The clock shows the maximum number of minutes the product can remain in the water before first use The ruler shows the maximum thickness the product can reach in the water
We also indicate these maximum values here.
How quickly your Aqua Coolkeeper™ absorbs the water depends on the quality and temperature of the water! You can experiment with the thickness to find what suits you best. Please keep in mind that you do not have to immerse the product for a long time, but that you do have to let it dry quite a bit longer!
During immersion the product becomes soft and comfortable. When submerging, make sure that your Aqua Coolkeeper™ does not become too thick and heavy. Please also note that the HydroQuartz™ in the product will also absorb moisture from the outer fabric layer, making the product slightly thicker when dry than when you take it out of the water.
If you notice that the HydroQuartz™ have collected in one corner of the product, push them to disperse them evenly.
It is best to remove the Aqua Coolkeeper™ from the water if the maximum thickness indicated on the label has not yet been reached. You can wring out the product gently, but don't squeeze it too hard!
The larger cooling products can also be placed on the floor in the shower and sprayed several times with the cold shower. Leave the product for 15 minutes between showers so that it has the opportunity to expand and absorb the water properly. Also ensure that the corners and edges of the product are thoroughly wet, and do not allow the product to become thicker than the specified maximum thickness.
After immersing the product, place it in a place where it can lie completely free for some time. The HydroQuartz™ in the product will then absorb the moisture from the outer fabric layer, after which your Aqua Coolkeeper™ will feel completely dry. This may take several hours. If you place the product on a surface that cannot withstand moisture (such as parquet, laminate, a wooden floor or a surface made of another material that cannot withstand moisture), place two towels under the product. Always check whether this is enough to absorb the moisture and, if not, add more towels. The HydroQuartz™ in the product always creates condensation, which can be absorbed by the towels.

The next morning your Aqua Coolkeeper™ will be wonderfully clean, cool and dry again! Tips to keep your product good for as long as possible
